when someone you live with asks you if you're okay because you were walking around downstairs at 4am someone that has to get up for work in a few hours and is asking you this in a state of still half asleep do you say no i'm really not okay i'm thinking about slowly pulling my skin off my body until there's nothing left please stay up and talk to me and keep me from destroying myself
and if the answer is yes what if it's every night what if you are just a disruption of someone else's life
